08 2500 5.7l bad mileage 9-10 av.

Just bot this (very nice) very disatisfied so far on Av mileage only gets 9-10 suppose to be around 14 av ! (read some are getting 17-20 on hyway) Truck runs good no dtcs - ANYTHING I can do to get this to 14av 17+ hyw where its suppose to be? Thanks Lar

Not sure whats on it like xb1230 said but the best thing to do on stock is a cold air intake, exhaust, and tuner set up for 91 octane. My 04 2500 QCLB has gotten up to 16, and it was still climbing.
