1 3/4 no cats vs 1 7/8 with cats long tubes

So i made an order with Moes earlier for the 1 3/4 with cats arh headers. They unfortunately are out and offered the 1 3/4 without cats or 1 7/8 with cats. Which should I go with? I am not running boost and have really no intention to. Also i am buying a tuner from moes with the hemifever tuning option and i really do not know a lot about tuners etc and how they keep the CEL from coming on? Also do the no cat option still have places for the o2 sensors?

I would stick with the 1 3/4 if your not gonna cam or anything the benefit is higher than the 1 7/8
