1.5 inch spacers = hub baring failure?

not sure if it's a coincidence but, 2 wheels a go I installed the bora 1.5 inch wheel spacers. Today I noticed a noise on the front passenger side, verified with my buddy, definitely hub baring noise. 2010 Ram with 93000 k on it. Now I'm wondering,if those spacers are wearing the baring,or maybe it was failing before. Any thoughts?

More likely it was already going bad before you installed the spacers. Are they hub centric spacers???
