Well my goal has been reached, managed to creep into the 10's last night, DA was 1000, IAT was still a bit high. With all that working against me I picked up 6mph from the last time I was @ the track, I feel like I still have 3 to 4 tenths I can still get off time. :) here is a video from last night.

That sound was actually me letting off the throttle momentarily, I lost traction right out of the gate, (new slicks). This was also on a 100 octane tune from Jeremy, 93 pump gas with some VP racing octanium unleaded. I need to get a functional hood, maybe that will help my manifold air temp.....air inlet on procharger is close to headers...

Nice run! I put this hood on my truck. It has holes underneath that are open. I am planning on trying to come up with some sort of ram air intake to use them. It also saves at least 60 lbs. The stock hoods are heavy. I am running the stock latch and grill. It recommended hood pins, but I have never had any issues. Its been over 100 mph. It moves a little bit, but I have never had any issues. I can take pictures of the underside and the open holes if you are interested. Its been on my truck now 4 years.

You should maybe look up what the stock hood weighes,it's not heavy,it's made of paper thin aluminium. The hood you linked to is fibreglass and it probably weighes more then the stock hood. Most of the aftermarket glass hoods weigh more then the factory hood. You'd need a carbon fibre hood before you'd find one lighter then the factory hood

I don’t know for sure. All I know is my stock cowl hood was pretty heavy. I loved the box with this one in it and it felt a lot lighter.
That's a nice hood for sure, I am considering this one here.
SSK functional hood

I like that hood. I can take a picture of my openings if you are interested. I am currently testing a cone filter up near the openings. I’ll report back when I have better info on if my times 0-60 change. It felt better. I also had the family in it, so I can’t really give an accurate. I’m honestly thinking the vereram intake might benefit from my hood more. I’m in the baby stages of my idea.

What "stock" cowl hood are you referring to,they either had the basic flat hood or the Performance hood with the fake ducts, neither weigh as much as the fibreglass hood in your link. I swapped my stock flat hood for the factory performance hood by myself,it doesn't weigh much,i dare say you're not putting that fibreglass hood on in your link by yourself, lol

Sure I'd love to see a picture of underneath the hood.
