I bought my truck from my parents a couple years ago but I mainly drove it throughout highschool, I recently replaced the driver side head because it was over heating and found out there was a crack in it, after replacing it it’s barely been running and it’s been smoking out of my exhaust when I start it up on hot days, I’ve gotten it quoted and they said one of the push rods were moving a lot slower than all the others, it could be the rocker arm or a lifter, I can’t afford to get it done at a shop right now, does anyone know what it could be? All the fluids are fine and have been at the same level for a month
