You actually have navigation, it's just not activated. For the low low price of $595 + $150 a year for map updates, you can activate it online.

what he said, for a fee you can activate it. However this does not make it equal to a truck that came with Navigation from the factory, you would not have sirius travel link and maybe some other features

The trucks with the navigation activated do not have the pop up turn-by-turn on the EVIC. The from the factory does.

Not so, you do get that. Just not the Sirius travel link.

The add on Nav is ok, not as good as the 8.4AN from the factory but ok. It sucks for $600 but there is a member here that can get it for over half off which I just did and it was worth it for that.

The actual reason is because the gps antenna is also the xm radio antenna.

Interesting, I've seen two trucks that have had the navigation activated and neither one had the option for the turn-by-turn in the dash EVIC on the radio nor did it pop up on the dash... strange
I wonder if the dealer is supposed to go in and add a sales code for it? (and these two got screwed)

I got the code and entered it myself. I set a destination to test it out and was surprised to see it do that. I think you can enable or disable it in the options menu
