ok when i order the BDS lift i want to tell them its for a 2500 that way i can get new leafs and all. I see what your saying about the blocks i know its not the best way but for now i tow nothing and only street use so i will see about just buying the axles and all and when i get the big money for the new lift ill just do it all at once and is the limited slip better in th Dana 60 as compared to the 9.25 i have?

Personally man I would use the 1500 springs. Its gonna make your life way easier, that way you don't have to touch your frame. Very small amount of welding required to just put new perches on. Since you don't tow or anything, you'll also get better ride quality from the 1500 springs. Your truck will ride worse than a lumber wagon with 2500 rear springs. Up to you but that's what I would do.

No idea on the LSD, personally I'd just rip the axle apart and put a true locker in. I'd also regear for the bigger tires, both axles required for that.

4.56 gears sounded about right for what i have running the 35'' tires and the 3.55 thats in from factory is that also the same ill need to do for the new ones. Over all i will need a totally different lift than what i would for what i have now looks like a 3 inch BDS would be the same as my current 5 inch lift is that right. I know its almost $4k either way just for parts. and dual shocks with Fox 2.0 or single for the front?

4.56 is a good gear for 35" tires. Front and rear diffs will need to be done, if you're gonna do that good time to add a locker. A 5" lift is a 5" lift, a 3" lift will not equal a 5" lift. Get the 5" lift. I don't recommend Fox shocks, waay over priced. I recommend Bilstein 5100's in their place.

$4k for the lift, axles, gears, everything installed would be on the low end cost wise IMHO.

Always get the bigger when you debate. From what I've seen, when someone debates and goes with the smaller, 95% of the time they end up buying the bigger lift and doing it again.
