2002 1500 4.7 multiple misfire

When truck starts up rough idle (misfire?)
To keep running I need to stay on thottle or it bogs down and stalls also smell fuel in exhaust
Changed coils , plugs , injectors , fuel pressure regulator and tried another ECM also
Any suggestions?

An 02 1500 is a 3rd gen, so you'll probably want to post over there.

Check to make sure the MAF sensor is functioning; you'll also likely have a check engine light, so have it scanned and see what it says.
