Battery should read 12.6 volts sitting , 13 - 14 + volts running.
Charge the battery, and or have it load tested.

With a toaster style tester , analog, not digital .

The 12.39 was after it came off a charger . After 3 hours on a charger.

The easiest thing is to have it tested. If you are like me and don't have one and it may take a couple days before you can make the trip to go use one, in the mean time what I've done is charged it up off another vehicle and let it sit for 24-48hr and see if the voltage has dropped. .1V over a day or two is likely fine but recently I knew my motorcycle battery was bad after dropping .5V over night. Didn't even need the load tester at that point.
