Like HemiLonestar said, no egr valves on early 3rd gens. Very weird that your getting those codes. Hmm.
02 didn’t either.Only the 03 and the HD's, starting with 04 half tons they got EGR.

yeah, this one has me quite confused. The codes are P0403 (Exhaust Gas Recirculation Circuit Malfunction) and P0406 (The exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) sensor A has high circuit voltage).3rd gen 2500/3500 hemis didn't come with it lol...curious that you're getting EGR codes when it's not even in the PCM.
