Can you add a little more detail?
How fast are you going when you get on the gas?
How much pedal are you giving it?
Is it smooth acceleration up to 4k where it starts to act up?
Have you done any work to the engine?
When was the last time the plugs were changed?

Any details you can provide will get you help faster.

A clogged cat will cause this , you can remove the upstream 02 sensors and see if it fixes the issue , if so you know .

Camshaft position sensor (cheap on eBay) If it gets dirty you can't just clean it. It is faultily telling the ECM how much gas to send to the fuel injectors.

pass side of timing cover, easy to install.

I had the same thing happen the other day on way home from work, it acted like a misfire wouldn't rev past 4000 rpm. I pulled over shut the engine off. Waited a few moments and fired it back up. Drove home no issues. The next morning I had a misfire code on ignition coil D. I cleared the code and the truck has been running fine.
