Just picked up my truck from the Auto Body shop.
Truck got rear ended and was in shop for 2 weeks.
Truck needed new/used short bed - tailgate -and rear bumper. Also needed bodywork behind the passenger side cab, the bed was pushed into it.
Bed was removed and a used one installed and painted.
Daughter picked up truck and when she came home and later was backing out the driveway I noticed the reverse lights did not work both sides.
All other rear light work ok.
Is it possible the body shop left off some connection or would it be the revers light switch I think mounted on the tranny?
Is there not a switch under the steering column. I ask this because she is also having a hard time getting out of park into reverse to back up, have to keep hitting the brake pedal and play with the shift lever to move the shift lever.
Any help much appreciated
