2005 Ram 1500 2wd.. info requested

Ok, I have a 2wd 1500 hemi.
I would like to raise it anywhere from about 2.5" - 3"
I have been reading the posts and realize some cant be used because I have a 2wd.
What suggestions do you have that may help me??
I will also be purchasing new tires. More aggressive looking, but leaving them on the stock rims.

Thoughts??
