2006 Dodge Ram 2500 5.7 Hemi, won’t turn over but had power

I have a 2006 Ram 2500 with a 5.7 Hemi engine. April 2022 the motor blew due to a oil filter that wasn’t put on correct. A couple of weeks ago I bought a new motor and had it installed. I also replaced my starter, battery and alternator. My truck ran for a couple of minutes but stalled and quit in the middle of me driving it and since then it won’t even turn over. All of the lights on the dash will come on but they flicker, does anyone know what could be wrong with my truck?

You really have no idea how little that narrows it down. There are two different versions of 5.7 and further variations on those. Did you put a 2006 2500 spec 5.7 back in it?
