I turned the wipers on and they were frozen to the windshield. I proceeded to free them. I turned the wipers back on. Now the wipers only work on high and it also doesn't go back to park position. The washers and everything else on multi-function control(turn signals, High Beams, etc) work.
I replaced the motor and the multi-function control.
Still have the same problem.
From what i have been reading, there isn't a fuse for the wipers and that it is integrated into the TIPM.
My question is: What controls the speed/park position of the wipers?
Instrument Cluster?
TIPM?
Ecu?
Or?
Thank you.
