2009 dodge ram hemi 5.7 Heater core

I'm sure this is a stupid question. But is there an easier way to change the heater core without removing the whole dash?

I wish I could tell you yes. It would have been so much trouble for the engineering genius to have put a plate you could unbolt in the firewall to remove it from the front, heater core and A/C evaporator. I've called them so many names so many times over the years! LOL
