2010 headlight issue need help..

Hi all , so I have been searching for a day now and havent found the help ive needed to determine a headlight problem im having. I have a 2010 Ram SLT that I just purchased that came with aftermarket halo quad lights that are pretty beat up. I went ahead and purchased some dual smoked headlights which I went ahead and installed with the proper H13 bulb it was asking for, the quad headlights had a harness hooked up to the green OEM connector which I unplugged that is where I plugged in the H13 bulb for the new dual headlights. The issue is that when I turn on the headlights to normal low beam setting the lights wont turn on, lights only turn on under high beam switch setting but only light up low beam. Any help will be appreciated thanks!

Hopefully one of the headlight guru's will happen along. For now, my guess is it's a programming issue. If your truck came factory with quad lights, it would use the two bulbs differently than a dual headlight truck with one bulb. Maybe that's what's causing the issue..

You won't find many people that switch from quads to duals so it's next to impossible to find what the possible problems could be.

Thanks! I like how this new smoked headlights look but if I can't get them to work, time to return and get the correct ones.
