2011 1500 Laramie, tips on removing factory Alpine amp?

Picked up this one a couple weeks ago. None of the door speakers were working so am replacing the amp but having a hard time getting it out of there.

Got the lower black screw that retains the amp bracket out, upper is loose, disconnected both connectors, pulled the Christmas tree clip holding that harness to the side. Can slide it but not far enough to get the upper screw out of the bracket.

Is there something else that needs to be disconnected? Am trying to get the upper screw out of the bracket but wondering if there's something else hiding up there.

Never mind, found that 3rd screw all the way up in the dash at the top of the amp bracket. All speakers work now, pretty big improvement.
