2011 one ton dually ignition switch

My truck will start with the key fob 100% of the time . When i put the fob into the ignition it will start sometimes but other times seems like battery is dead . If i change the ignition switch out I know i have to have the fobs reprogrammed is a dealer the only option

You have several options

ACE Hardware carries FOBs & have programming tool
Many locksmiths now carry FOBs & have a programmer
Place like Carandtruckremotes carry FOBs at a great price, but you need to find someone to program them

You can also buy a scan tool & do it yourself
someone will tell you which scan tool does it
