2012 ram 1500 qc procomp 8" lift, with rcx rear coils lots of pics

so i am a member on another forum and i have been modding my truck, lifting my truck and many other things, i ran accross this forum today and i like it too after snooping around for a while so i decided i will share with you all to

So i am lifting my truck, parts ordered delivered and truck and lift is at the shop as of today and will be back wensday afternoon.

I am having a "custom" pro comp 6in lift installed
Base Kit k2082B
Front shocks Procomp ProRunner adjustable zx-20014 set to 2.75
no preload strut spacer in the front.

in the back i am going to run
coils from 6in RCX lift
1.5in ready lift rear coil spacer
procomp prorunner zx20001 rear shocks.

shout outs to everyone in the COMPLETE build section for helping me make my decisions it has been a long process getting to this point
person in particular THANKS fastnugly!! and anyone else who has helped.

I am also using a 1.5in hub centric wheel spacer to allow me to run my factory wheels untill my new wheels and tires get here.

After my wheels and tires get here and installed i am going to have a 3in performance accessories body lift with gap gaurds installed.

i already have the tires went with 37x12.5x20's i had the wheels but they were only a -12mm offset and once the tires were on the wheels and the truck the rubber was rubbing on the spindles in the front, so back to stockers, ordered new wheels last night -44 offset should have no issues this time wheels should be here mid week

i went with this wheel, except i am going to have the alluminum bead ring powder coated black XD123 Bully, 20x10 with 5 on 5.5 Bolt Pattern - Satin Black with Removable Brushed Aluminum Simulated Bead Ring

and then for tires i went with the nitto terra grapplers 37.1250.20's

Be aware that the Mud Grapplers make a lot more road noise. I had Trail Grapplers and there's noise, but in a way you expect. Mud Grapplers have this high sound, that doesn't suite a Ram! I tried different pressure front and rear, but no real difference...
Costly, but I think I'm going to replace them after 500 miles...

Be aware that the Mud Grapplers make a lot more road noise. I had Trail Grapplers and there's noise, but in a way you expect. Mud Grapplers have this high sound, that doesn't suite a Ram! I tried different pressure front and rear, but no real difference...

Yeah they sound like a b52 bomber. Pffft... doesn't suit a Ram, then what do they suit? A chevy?!

I'm just a tad confused on your front setup you said you didn't use strut spacers, but I think you meant coil spacers but not sure. Cuz it would make sense removing the coil spacers when installing the adjustable shocks.

Unless the 12 kit is very different than the 09-11 which I know there are variances it's the shocks etc. can you take a pic through the fender well? Just want to see the setup

Are you truly considering on going larger? Or simply grabbing Mud Grapplers in 35's?
