2012 Regular Cab Running Boards Fitment?

A friend of mine at work snagged a nice Hemi RC last week and he bought some used runnings boards off of an '09 but he doesn't see where the brackets would line up. Does anyone know if these look correct for a 2012? Thanks in advance.
