finished rebuild with new MDs delete kit can and lifter rocker arms new exhaust manifolds ,anyhow starts and runs and is timed correctly.idles then rpm’s drop and pick back up then drops and stalls out. Has a p025A code and something about the fuel pump not communicating but fires up then stalls out like no fuel being delivered. Any help is appreciated I’ve checked all the connectors the only thing I can think is the fuel control module circuit is open and maybe that’s causing the issue but I’m not knowledgeable on electronics like that

With Chrysler vehicles you need to rule out TIPM. It is still the 2013 fuel pump? Post any other symptom you can think of and any codes that may pop up. Going to need to test fuel PSI towards rear of engine, I do believe sooner better then later.

You sure about that code? I looked it up in the factory service manual for my 2013 Ram, and it doesn't exist in the manual.

It shows several others for the fuel pump

Test fuel pressure, if the pressure falls most likely will, it is likely the valve in fuel pump which means new fuel pump. I'm not sure if the fuel pump loses communication would stop fuel pump from keeping that valve open and closed at right time. I thought it was gravity would close valve could be wrong thinking, maybe it is wire, this is what I don't know. If it is a wire that closes valve, then it can be a wire issue such as TIPM maybe ignition but probably not, or wire feeding fuel pump. With that code and those symptoms, it can be but a few things.

More info wouldn't hurt, like what cam kit,and who's tuning it for you. It could be a simple tuning issue,as you can't stuff a non-mds cam in an mds engine and expect it to run right with-out tuning it
