2013 grill on 2012

Has anyone put the 13 grill with a more octagonal design on there 2012? They look almost the same but could be slightly different.
Looking to get the 13 rt grill if it will fit

they wont fit. the way the bumper fits at the bottom and hood, minor changes from 2012-2013. youd have to swap the whole front.

If you wanted to get creative you could probably swap the bumber too go with it.
