Good to hear you weren't hurt. I had a bent frame on my first Ram years ago. Had it fixed by great shop, then had it re-racked at a frame shop that normally did nothing but settle disputes between dealers at a auto auction. You hit hard enough to dent the frame, I would recommend you find a frame shop and have it checked out. It costs a bit, but you get piece of mind that something is not lurking unseen.
I learned that due that at the time hooks were bolted to the trucks and then trucks were strapped hard enough to torque the frame a bit and that there is a tolerance that is acceptable for truck frames to be off from build spec. Not sure if still true today, but just sharing as it is possible for your frame to be damaged and not know unless set on a frame machine. Good luck
