Hi , I have an 2013 Ram 1500, 5.7 hemi.
Earlier today, I boosted a semi truck. After that, I shut the Ram off and was parked for around 20 minutes. I moved the truck slightly, then shut it off again. All was good. A little later, I started it up — and suddenly the engine light came on, and it seems to be stuck in 4th gear (limp mode).
I drove it a few meters to confirm — still stuck. I then:
Anyone experienced this before? Could boosting the semi have triggered something electrical? Any advice on what to check next — fuses, sensors, solenoids?
Thanks in advance!

- Disconnected the battery for 10+ minutes
- Plugged it back in
- Still stuck in 4th
- Check Engine Light still on
