2014 1500 5.7 Exhaust Manifold Flange Bolts

I have a driver side exhaust leak due to a broken manifold bolt at the dip stick. When I go to remove the bolts at the flange I see it’s tack welded. Is the only option to grind off the tack and the try to remove the bolt? Any direction would be appreciated.

Grind the head right off and replace with new bolt.

Think if the head is cut off it will push through with a tap hitting it towards the thread side?

Yeah it should. Or tap the flange backward
