2014 3500 Laramie seats

Hi everyone I am looking to buy new seats for my truck. Is there anyway to tell id they are heated and ventilated from this picture? They come from a 2014 3500 Laramie. I'm also assuming they will fit into my 2012 1500 is this correct? And finally what do you guys think is a fair price for them?

You can install them and run power to them, but you will not be able to get the heated or vented to work. System changed from mechanical to CanBus on the 2013+.
