2014 Ram 1500 fuel pump took a **** today I went to go order a OEM pump to find out its backordered??? Ram really needs to get their heads out their ass its becoming way to hard to get parts. My local dealer shows 1 possibly in stock for $580 usually $300 ish I will sell my dam truck before I pay that for a fuel pump lmaooo. So my options are DELPHI FG1354, CARTER P77018M or US MOTOR WORKS USEP7270M on rockauto. What would you guys go with? or maybe someone knows another brand thats reliable the last time I used a aftermarket pump in my 2011 it lasted 4 months.

After putting THREE Delphis in a row in my wife's Kia Sorento, I gave up on Delphi... swore off of them.
Well that would make me swear off them too :Big Laugh:
I might have to revise my reconmendations then:waytogo:

Well its still running fine Knock wood lol.
Oh, her KIA ran fine, too. Problem was, every time we filled the tank, the Check Engine light came on, and would go off once fuel level dropped under 3/4 tank.
It turns out that Delphi attempted to reverse engineer the fuel level sensor circuit responsible for OBD2 monitoring OF fuel level for I/M compliance. The level gauge worked just fine. I had even fabricated a "special" tool in order to remove and install the pump into the tank!

Inasmuch as the car had 260,000 miles on it, and the factory replacement pump module was discontinued (2007 YM), We decided to sell the car to a wholesale buyer and upgrade to a 2014 Sorento for the wife.

After having had great success in the past with Delphi, I lost confidence in them in that they cheesed on the quality instead of producing a proper part.

Hey, I'm in the same boat you were in in November. OEM part on major backorder still... just checking if you went with Delphi and how it's been working? Thanks
