You guys have been great help on here before, so wanted to bring another issue to you all of my 2014 Sport.

Both of my rear power windows pulsate (due to some sort of binding?) when going up. They only really do it when going up. I’ve never heard power windows do this before, so I want to see what you all thought. Do your rear windows sound like this too? You can hear it better when the engine is off.

I went to the local dealership with this issue and that experience was horrible. They acted like its normal and I’m just one of those annoying customers. They even brought a new Ram off the lot to hear that truck’s power windows and it does not sound like mine. The service manager jumped in and told me that they aren’t going to do anything….end of story…and to go on my way. I called Chrysler Customer Service and they told me that there’s not much they can do because the dealerships are independent. What??? This setup is why Rams will never catchup to Ford and GM trucks. I’m seriously starting to regret buying a Ram if this is how my warranty claims are going to go. Ford never treated me like that with my F-150 trucks.

so disappointed...

I would start a complaint with the better business berua(damn spelling) or threaten too. Chrysler can force them into the fix but it takes a bit of pressure from up top. There was a thread floating around here awhile ago for contact info for a VP that seemed to be pretty helpful. I haven't got to see the video but pulsing is probably a regulator issue something that dealer could fix very quickly if they had any brains and wanted to keep a customer they will make it right or at least try. Oh also I would go talk to the owner of that dealer that usually changes a service managers tune pretty quickly.

Quite honesty, I'm not sure I want this dealer touching my truck anymore.

I'm interested if anyone else back window sounded like this.

Tell you the truth, I've never noticed that on mine. I think I would have noticed it if it did that. I'll check it out when I go back outside later. It almost seems like its struggling for power. Does it matter if the truck is running or not? I don't think its mechanical if it affects both windows.
