Hey folks,
So my rearview camera went foggy and I've been trying to "dry" it out with rice as well as silica packs but it's not working so I am looking at replacements on ebay.
I found a couple that indicate they will work on my truck, however, one seller states that I will need to activate and will need a dedicated computer. Not sure what that means.
I looked at the info on the side of my camera and compared it to the numbers on the seller's and they are different even though it says it's compatible with my truck.
Not sure if this will work or not - I've tried to contact the seller but haven't heard any responses.
Anyone have an idea if this will work or should I be concerned?
