All,

New member. Looking at buying a used 2016 Ram Longhorn. I noticed that the vehicle has all the correct badging except the tailgate is missing the "4x4" on it. Was that normal for that year? Did they leave the factory like that? I don't have contact with the original owner and yes I did verify it was a 4WD. It has the controls and the original sticker according to the VIN says it's a 4WD. Any information regarding this issue would be greatly appreciative. Thanks all. I will attempt to attach a picture.

Welcome, you can get a new oem chrome 4x4 badge if you want one from eBay. Just make sure it’s a mopar brand. I know from experience the poor quality badges don’t have quality tape and they come off very quickly. Then you have to remove the tape and start over. You can also go to the dealership.

If you want OEM, get with Benny from allmoparparts.com

He is a vendor on here and can get you hooked up.
