2016 Ram 1500 “whistling” issue

Hey guys, hope you can help me with an issue. I have a 2016 Ram 1500 5.7L, with a 4 inch lift on 35s. I am currently experiencing a “whistling” issue. I thought it may be a wheel bearing so I brought it to a shop and they could not figure it out either. It sounds like it is coming from the front end, on the right side. I have put less than 8k on my truck since the lift was put in.

I just had the same start on my truck, after adding a bull bar+light bar and removing the splash guard. Whistles at highway speed now.
