Seems pretty obvious to me. Especially with driving a red truck - simply add 250lbs of sand bags in the truck bed and problem solved regardless of air pressure! Simple and cheap the redneck way!

Wow!...alot of solid choices here to look at...I agree with others that the story doesn't add up or the OP didnt write out what's been done and when properly..he should also be answering all the questions to a tee when asked.
as for the tires being the problem,cant really say but worth looking into.
My thoughts are leaning towards the track bar area.....like its missing?...but surely someone woulda caught that right?

Doubted it was fish tailing from the first post and assumed it was dog walking. Fish tailing requires the tires to be spinning with 100% loss of traction, rear end swinging to the left and right.

Did a lot of fish tailing on purpose on the roads in town when I was a teen. Bounced the old Coronet off a few snowbanks, but eventually learned to control it and come out of it.
