2017 Quad Cab front doors same size as Crew Cab?

Hello , I am looking to upgrade my Quad Express door cards. Are the front doors for the Quad Cab the same as the Crew?.

I know the rears are different, not sure if the fronts are the same and I can get new cards from either models?

I believe the only trims that have different front doors are the regular cabs vs the other 2. So yes

Definitely yes. Be sure the door trim comes with the handle cut out panels too. You can order them new but that's a haggling point (to me) if they are not included.
