There are a few members that have yes. It requires a custom mounting plate be made. It’s not a direct replacement.

I swapped my fairlead for a Factor 55 and synthetic line. I machined aluminum blocks at work to mount the fairlead but many people have accomplished the same with angle ironcc213842d03a85d450d1f1b88eee10cf.png

i Found these on here some time ago and saved them.

I haven't done the conversion yet. I just puller my rollers off and powder coated them black.

the angle Iron is probably the easiest solution. The blocks I made worked great but I had to open up the holes about 1/32" in the factory bracket bc I was a hair off on my measurements with my tapped holes in the blocks

easiest and cheapest way is get any standard fairlead and 2 pieces of angle iron. only tools needed is common electric drill and wrench to tighten the bolts.
putting the fairlead inside the winch bracket is a bit more money and youll have to get the measurements yourself plus a chunk of alumunim then have a machine shot drill the holes and cutout the center slot and radius the corners. not difficult but not as easy as the angle iron method.
i did the measuring and had local machinist do the cutting. could of done it all on my drill press but would of been quit a bit of cleanup by hand. storage block i made myself.

So, has anyone made a batch of those yet? Has anyone checked that the bracket labeled part#13 in the diagram Ron LaJ- posted at the begining of this thread will not fit the early Power Wagon winch subframe?

My rollers are too chewed up to use with the synthetic rope I bought and one of the 2 fairlead rollers are on backorder, so now I'm stuck...
