Trying to install in my 2018 Ram 2500, the blue and white wire only fits empty spots on the green side, the larger green and white wire doesn’t have any empty slots to fit in, there is one filled spot on the green side and one filled on the white. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Just bought an 18 3500. Learning alot here on the forum.

Tonight I just ordered the bypass and the cargo cam harness from the website. Thank you for offering this and the detailed .pdf file for the install directions. Now to find a camera!

For the life of me I can't find the terminal blocks to plug the bypass plugs into. 2019 Ram 2500.
I also wonder if I was sent the wrong bypass. I ordered for 2500 but both connectors are white rather than one white, one green.

They are over on the side wall directly behind the headlight switch. There will be 2 CAN blocks right next to each other. One block will be black/green and the other white/green. Make sure you plug the leads into the correct CAN block based on the label on the lead. 2 white connectors is correct for your 19 HD.

Is that the same spot for the CAN blocks in the 2018 2500 as well?

I found it thanks to you. Had a heck of a time getting the connectors back off but done deal.

Do I had to remove this for the dealers odb scanner to work? Last time I was there they tried to scan it and they were having problems, I told them to skip it. Not sure if it was the device or them.

Most likely.

I just unplug the OEM OBD connector from the bypass and stick it back into original mount when I go in ... Then stuff the rest of the bypass up out of the way.

No need to remove the other connections? I'll keep it in mind next time. Thanks.

Looking to order a bypass harness but website says out of stock. Any idea when you may be able to make some more up? Thanks.

Hi, I would like to buy a bypass harness also. I am needing one for my nearly new 2018 Ram 1500 Tradesman and want to install my UAQ radio, single zone bezel, 7 “ cluster, etc. My truck has the chrome antenna on fender and no Bluetooth, SiriusXM, etc. Just bought both soft antennas, splitter, and I’m confused reading about some of the install info here. I think from what I read, I don’t need the HVAC module and media hub since mine is a 2018? Thanks

Link is in the OP for ordering OBD Bypass harness.

For your 1500 radio upgrade, at a minimum....

7 speed Conversion harness with Single Zone ATC wiring (temp/humidity sensors) plus BCM config changes with AlfaOBD

18/19 Ram RADIO: 68331631AH (UAQ 4c Nav)
or 68331635AH (UAS 4c)

18 Premium USB Hub (Supports Apple vs stock one, which works for Android only)
PN: 68328704AC (RAM)
or 5XG28DX9AC (Compass)

* 18 HVAC module (vs 13-17)
.... current one will often work with ATC feature/hardware active

* 14-18 ram 1500's have a variable displacement compressor (typ. associated with the 7 speed fan)
>> 14-17's w/RAx = 68268186Ax HVAC module
>> 18/19's w/UAx = 68366552AA HVAC ** module (this one for you)

Most of my long wait times for harnesses at the moment are due to surge of orders from folks who bought 'full' UAQ/UAS kits elsewhere and had problems with the HVAC because they don't have ATC that could have been built into harnesses.

M² Mods.

Has anyone seen a 2020 truck yet, specifically a 2500? Any idea if the connectors will stay the same as the 2019?
