Hi, I am a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica owner, seeking help finding update files for my 8.4" Uconnect 4c (UAS, non-NAV). I have been checking everywhere and can only find the UAQ files throughout this and other forums (incl mydrive.ch and google drive links). I even PMed @Lurker55 but haven't heard back. My radio is currently at 21.9.0 and I would love to bring it up to 39.5 or 40.1. I know this requires some interim updates, so here's my huge request for anyone that can help:

UAS version 21.9 (in case anyone needs to revert)
UAS version 22.6 (or preferrably 22.64 according to various posts)
UAS version 28.3 (what all the TSBs say is necessary as the stepping-stone version)
UAS version 39.5
UAS version 40.1

Thanks for any help!
(According to the dealer screen, I have hardware part number CVRC17N0GL and application version NA_NN_NC-IR-SBX-21.9.0-20180516-I09V.)

I have 22.6 and 39.6 for Rams, not sure if it's compatible but if you PM me your email I'll make the files accessible via my Google drive.

I'm not sure if they're compatible either. From my searching I can't figure out if the radios will automatically deny an incompatible update, either. One thing I did notice is that a RAM owner (nthdegreeburns, https://www.ramforum.com/threads/vi...obile-hotspot-wifi-plan-for-2018-model.188468) has a similar model number (CVRC27N0GL, whereas mine is CVRC17N0GL). So I'm hoping they're similar radios between Chrysler and RAM since they're the same year and feature set. What are your thoughts?

PM sent. Thanks!

I'm uploading the files now and will PM you a link shortly. What is the part number listed on the back of the radio housing?

Is there an "easy" way to find out without taking it all apart? For the Pacifica I know I can remove the HVAC controls just under the radio pretty easily--maybe I'll see if there's room to put my phone up in the back via that area underneath. It'll be a few days before I get around to it, though...

Not that I'm aware of but someone else might chime in with an idea.

Thanks for providing the files! They worked great and now I'm at 40.1. I cataloged my findings in the Pacifica Forums:

Unfortunately I didn't take apart the dash to get to the radio model number on the back, but the VIN-specific update files were for the "UAR" model.

Hi SitKneelBend, would you PM me a link to the UConnect SW update files? I'm currently on 19.12 and need to get to 40.1 on my 2018 Pacifica 4C 8.4 with Navigation, Are they the same as the RAM files? Many thanks in advance.

I'm not sure if the same files will work but if you PM me your VIN I might be able to get them. Have you checked the Pacifica forum?
