I have a 2019 big Horn 1500. It spontaneously shut down 3 separate times while underway. The screen went nuts flickered then came back. This can be a big problem. I have heard this may be an issue is the fuse panel is not torqued down properly but, I checked that and it's good. Anyone else have that problem or know of a fix?

I would open the fuse box and push down on each fuse. Rams, and I've seen a few, the fuses are about 50% seated in the fuse box.

This may mot be the issue but it will eliminate 1 possible item.

2nd thing to check is grounds. You have 3, battery to cab, fairly easy to find. You have one on the passenger side below the hood hinge and bolted to the upper frame rail. And you have 1 from the engine to the frame. On the passenger side behind the front tire it's a thin braided silver cable. This one is usually the most likely and least checked as it's hard to get too

Absent that, how old is your battery? Also a major source of electronic problems. If it has not been changed or checked, your due

Thanks so much! Battery is about 18 months old.
I'll check the grounds as you have pointed out.

Check the easy stuff first. Understand this 1 thing in life.

Occam's Razor, also known as the principle of parsimony, suggests that when faced with multiple explanations for a phenomenon, the simplest explanation is usually the most accurate. It implies that unnecessary complexity should be avoided in problem-solving and theory building.

I just got home too late to work on the Truck, it may have to wait for the weekend.

Is this an eTorque truck?, if so, that may be the issue. (ECM fuel management rate issue during low speed stop/start sequences.... Supposed updates to fix it).

I traded in my ordered 22 Rebel 5.7 eTorque with stop/start/stall issues after the dealer couldn't fix it after a few attempts and picked up a 22 5.7 without it. Wasn't waiting to get t-boned. Others have had similar issues.
