The headlight assembly has moisture in it and the daytime light, headlight, high beam, and turn signal are not functioning. Has anyone experienced this problem and have a fix for it?

You need a new headlight assembly. They are sealed units with no serviceable parts to replace. Use this site to find new new one. Allmoparparts.com and look up by VIN or car parts.com

Since all are out, I would first check to see if the plug has come loose. To access them, go in through the door in the wheel well. And slide the release(as well as any screw under hood). There are numerous video's on the internet, on how to do it. It is simple but can be a pain.

If you need a replacement, forget mopar. Amazon has excellent deals on Akkon, and they're good headlights.

If you haven't bought a headlight yet. I just bought a replacement for my taillight for a crack and moisture. Got it off AmericanTrucks.com pain around $200 for OEM. Works great.
