2019 rebel USB ports not working

Hi All,
New to the forum but not the ram family.
Just sold my 2012 1500 sport and picked up an 2019 rebel.
Had the truck for 4 weeks now with no issues, but all of the sudden my Android Auto stopped pairing and mirroring between my phone and truck screen.
Found the 2 usb ports by the CD player no longer have power so I'm guessing that's why the phone wont mirror. Not sure where to find the fuse for these.

Anyone else come across this problem?

We all for the most part have issues with Android or Apple always connecting. I can always get it to work by unplugging and plugging back in.. sometimes it takes a few times,,, very annoying.. as for not having power i dont have that issue.. even if it doesn't mirror my phone it does charge.
