I have 2017 Big Horn. It has a USB port next to what used to be the ash tray. It will not work. I tried different cables, checked fuse #91, check voltage at fuse and it is working. I even tried the disconnect the battery method and can't figure out what's wrong. Any guidance on possible solutions would be great. The console USB is working as well as the cigarette lighter ports.
