My vehicle is a 2020 Ram Lonestar. Tonight, out of the blue, my radio made a screeching noise and went full blast. Now my volume options are maximum or none at all. Have anyone had this happen to them and if so what was the solution?

Mine is doing that as well. My switches stations, siri talks to me out of the blue. Volume goes full blast, goes from fm, to am, to Sirius radio. Took it in and they did a reboot. I could have done that myself. Told me to bring it back if it continues. They had it all day and it did it as I was leaving the Dodge lot. Any recommendations. I can’t turn my radio on because it goes crazy.
