Carplay Options for 2019 BigHorn

Hi everyone! I have a 2019 Dodge Ram Bighorn (Gen 5). I have been having radio issues and since I now live in Texas, I decided to get a carplay radio instead of using my phone mount because of the heat. I have UConnect 4 and carplay is not an options unless I get a new unit. I’ve tried looking on Amazon for one that might fit my truck, but no options look like they’ll match. I have a rectangular hazard button, not a triangular one. Has anyone else replaced their radio unit an found a carplay solution that worked for them? I’ve attached a picture of my current radio for reference. I don’t think a double-din would work because or the rounded corners? If none fit, do you think I could dremel the hazard spot to fit my button? Thanks in advance.

If I need to replace a newer vehicles radio I start with Crutchfield. They have a very good cross reference setup, that lets you pick and choose what you want and need.
