2020 ringing over 40mph?

I just bought a 2020 Long Horn and whenever I am going over 40mph there is a faint ringing noise that gets slightly louder as I drive faster. It disappears when I turn off the cabin air circulation. Has anyone been able to get this fixed?

Is it different if you have A/C on recirc or on fresh air?

Yes, if I have the recirculating air on the noise is there. If I turn that setting off and allow air from the outside to come through the vents, it stops.
