2021 Ram 1500 rebel screen does not work

I got the car on Tuesday and today when I got in the screen wouldn't turn on. It stays black all the time I checked to make sure "screen off" is not turned off but that's not the case any ideas? Is there a way to reset it? Thanks in advance

I just purchased A rebel Ram 2021 few days a go and I have the same issue. did you resolve your ?

Press the volume button. It turns out that turns off the screen completely and shuts off the radio
