Can the 2022 ram 3500 ecm be tuned or programmed to do dpf, def, and egr delete met a shop in Miami that says they can do the delete using 22 ecm to delete ?

IIRC you will need a ECM from a 2021 or older ( cost between $2500 and $4,000) the ECM on 2022 and up is security locked so it can not be reprogrammed...
