2022 Longhorn LE dashboard delamination. I am ***** warranty.

I read that dealers may be authorized to repair dashboard under "goodwill repair" since it is a known issue. My warranty has expired. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Several threads on that here. Also @RamCares may be able to help. Likely going to depend on your dealer, that relationship, miles on it and how long out of warranty (miles/time). Mine was out of warranty on miles but not time and dealer covered most of the cost for me. I don’t think RAM actually did anything but that isn’t transparent to owners.

Should be an extended warranty on this well known and documented problem going back 8 years or more.

@RamCares I am hoping you can help me. My 2021 1500 Limited has the same dashboard issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Really unfortunate to have this happen after 5 years (actually started in year 3) on this $80k truck.

Wow thought Ram sorted this one back in 2019-20, my 2018 screen delaminated and is was replaced under warranty but I am in Australia and although the warranty had expired it was done. It's a LG screen this was a real problem right across the FCA range Jeep, Ram and Dodge and it well known and RAM Care was replacing units on out of warranty vehicles. Maybe they might do it again.
