Anyone have any suggestions on what to do here? I don't care about under seat storage and have the back seat fold down mod done. I am just looking to replace whatever I need to so that I can get some actual bass in this thing.

So I can do under seat or behind seat, but I don't know what all my options are. And do I *NEED* to replace all my door and dash speakers?

The stereo was the first upgrade to my truck with just under 300 miles on it and was well worth the effort. My recommendation is to do it all at once. The factory speakers are junk and you'll be adding an amp for the sub anyway.

I added a Fosgate 10 under the rear seat and replaced the door speakers with JBL Club 6x9's, front and rear. I ditched the dash speakers altogether. Everything is powered by a 5-channel Pioneer GM-DX975 and tied to the factory head unit with a PAC Audio AmpPRO AP4-CH42. Don't forget the ANC bypass harness.

Which box did you use under the seat? And are all 4 doors 6x9s?

I have a 21 bighorn 1500, but I bought a anc bypass(pac anc ch01), bought a kicker key 200.4 dsp amp. I cut the harness, wired it all up(Lf, Lf, Lr, Rr match on harness and key amp. The pac harness has the power and ground wire, cut them and wired to amp. Went out and plugged in, works perfect. I had already added jbl 3 way rear and kenwood component 6x9 front door, but used shca 3.5 neodyme in dash. The anc fuse is 30A and key amp uses 25A, has been fine for few months now. Thinking about bi amping the front speakers today. Would double my front output, even now bass is really good for just the 6x9s. If I want to go back to stock, takes 10 seconds to plug in to anc again. Zero cutting anything in truck, really easy install of amp. Everything can be done in house then just go out and plugged in, run dsp mic sound tones and adjust gain.
