I've tried searching this multiple times with multiple different wordings and nothing is coming up so if this has been discussed on here I can't find it. Anyway, like the title says I'm getting repeated U Connect error messages on the touch screen. It's been "fixed" 3 times since I bought the truck in September of '23. The first time by the dealership I bought it from and the last 2 times by a different dealership. First 2 times they claimed it needed to be updated or some bs. The 3rd time /yesterday they claimed an electrical connection in the cell antenna wasn't seated all the way. Picked the truck up after hours and immediately the error was back on the screen. Searched online and it sounds like this has been a common problem but I've yet to find anything that talks about a solution. Any input on this would be greatly appreciated.

I'm getting an Error Message on my touch screen that reads "Connect Box requires service, Please visit an authorized dealer". I scheduled an appointment and went to my dealer today. They told me that they were instructed to unplug the antenna and plug it back in. This is all they did at the dealership. I was almost home when the same message popped back up. I contacted U-Connect and they checked it by the "Build Number" in System Programming. I was advised that my U-Connect was up to date (I could have told them that) and that I would have to take it to a different dealership to have them check it. I've got a gut feeling this U-Connect is garbage. SO much for the Annual Subscription.......
