I think @mikeru got it. Tho ground may be off somewhere or positive to TIPM bad. Kinda symptoms since battery good of bad cable/connection or rf hub

Did u even go under truck and see if cables connected to starter and solenoid?

All moot points now. Now just wait fer dealer report and wallet pain.
You were correct! Ground was loose and another wire at the bottom of the battery. How does a ground just come loose?

DID U check and see if there was power between the battery cable and TIPM at the pinout? Cause that one bad battery cable take out the whole truck. But since at the dealership, please report back. As stated, RF Hub "maybe", if it is the RF Hub, think about whole new rear window replacement also if there is water intrusion, whenever the dealership reports back.

@mikeru
OP: This may be the part number RF Hub: Not sure if applicable for your year but they are available Mopar Parts: Just FYI: 68207778AB.
Got it back today and dealership said there was a loose wire at bottom of battery and loose ground, also needed 2 software updates but I don’t think they had anything to do with the truck not running.

WHAT wire at the bottom of the battery? There are no wires "connected" to the bottom of the battery that I have ever seen, either top or side post. Ground being loose: oh yeah, too easy, wire's not tightened to spec from factory and over time from operating and vibration, they loosen to a point where you loose connection. Loose ground wire in circuit cut out a truck just as quik.

Software got nothing to do ref loose wires. There is the possibility the software could be related in there somewhere, but not on a "loose" wire. You got that friggin E TQ, who knows what other gremlins exist.

Hope the dealership did not HAMMER U too hard on repair/diagnostic cost.

Glad to hear it was something simple. I’m confused about the “loose wire at bottom of battery” though.

Does the 2022 have the same issues? And if so how do you tell if it’s leaking? I live in Oregon so it rains a lot.
It seems that they have fixed the issue with the window frame cracking for ‘22 and newer models, but people have been reporting they’re seeing leaks at the corners now. Which would indicate an issue with the adhesive used when installing the rear window.

I saw water on the inside of the rear window when I found leaks. I checked right after a heavy rain. There was also condensation on the inside of the windows for a few weeks prior to that. You might check the floor at the rear of the cab to see if the carpet is damp. And there is usually sign of water intrusion even after it evaporates, depending on where it’s leaking. And if it’s been leaking for a while there can be a musty smell or even signs of mold on the carpet if it’s been leaking for a long enough time.
